| Instructions | FOR COLD THERAPY: Store in freezer for 2 hours prior to use. Then store in freezer after use. FOR HEAT THERAPY: Microwave covered pack on high (100% power) for 30 seconds, if more heat is needed - heat in additional 10 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. APPLICATION (for cold or hot therapy): Apply to injured area in 15 minute on/off intervals. |
